"Health Tip or Thought of the Day" will publish one tip or thought daily in regards to total human health. These tips might be physical, emotional, or spiritual in nature. They might include a wise saying or quote that will facilitate your spiritual growth. They might be a tip on dealing with anxiety, or depression. Since laughter is the best medicine the tip might be something that will make you laugh. Many will feature information on nutrition, vitamins, minerals and/or new research studies.
